Meridian Star Cruises

Frequently asked questions

Is Meridian Star Cruises a real cruise line?
No. The line, its ships and every sailing in the schedule are fictional, and all imagery on the site is AI-generated. The ports and the geography between them are real. The About page states this in full.
Will I be charged for a booking?
Never. There is no payment step anywhere on this site and no card details are ever requested, stored or transmitted.
What is included in the fare I see?
Fares are per person and assume the party you searched for sharing one stateroom. Each stateroom category lists its own inclusions on the sailing page.
Why are taxes and fees quoted separately?
Port taxes are levied by each port a ship calls at, so they depend on the route rather than on the stateroom. We total the head tax of every distinct port on the itinerary, show it per person, and never fold it into the headline fare.
What does the availability badge mean?
It reflects the cabins still unsold in that category on that sailing. Limited availability means a quarter or less of the category is left; almost sold out means a tenth or less.
What is a guarantee stateroom?
You book a category rather than a specific cabin, and the cabin number is assigned later. It costs less than choosing your own from the deck plan.
Can a solo traveller book?
Yes. A stateroom priced for two carries a solo supplement, shown on the sailing page before you go any further.
Which sailings can be cancelled for a refund?
Refundable sailings are marked on the search results and on the sailing page. Non-refundable fares are cheaper and cannot be refunded.
Who is Aria?
An AI assistant, not a person. She answers from the same catalog these pages render from, and she cannot take a payment either.
